This is a clip from a Belgian TV-show called "Splash". Why is this show so cool, well for one, they have a weekly item in which they let an expert 'toe reader' analyse the toes of local celebs here. She can't see the face of the person who's toes she has to read. She gives some general character traits that could apply to 90% of people and the celebs mostly react with disbelief: "OMG, how did you know that !" cracks me up every time :-)
In this clip Joyce De Troch is the victim, she's a former model, has appeared in Playboy Belgium, and works as a wedding planner now.
